NX1 Comics Return & Refund Policy
Returns
NX1 Comics accepts return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the comic must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including its bag and board, with no additional handling damage, writing, stickers, alterations, or other changes.
Because comic books are condition-sensitive collectibles, please review the listing photos carefully before purchasing. Photos are intended to show the actual copy being sold whenever possible.
Return Shipping
For returns based on buyer preference, duplicate purchases, or other non-defect reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of an error by NX1 Comics.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Misrepresented Items
If you receive the wrong item, an item that was materially misrepresented, or an item damaged during shipment, contact NX1 Comics as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the comic
- Photographs of the shipping package if transit damage occurred
NX1 Comics will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a return, replacement when available, partial refund, or full refund.
If NX1 Comics requires a return because of our error or verified shipping damage, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs when appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow your bank or card issuer additional processing time after the refund is submitted.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment when possible. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or transferred to the carrier, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
Condition Disagreements
Raw comic-book condition can involve subjective judgment. NX1 Comics encourages customers to rely on the photographs of the actual comic and the written description when making a purchase decision.
A difference of opinion regarding an estimated grade does not automatically mean an item was misrepresented. However, if the comic materially differs from the photographs or description, contact us and we will review the matter.
