NX1 Comics Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the total shipment weight. Current standard rates begin at $9.99, with larger orders charged $11.99.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Shipping Carriers
NX1 Comics may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier. The carrier used for an order may vary based on package size, destination, service level, and shipping cost.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.

Comic Packaging
Raw comics are shipped bagged and boarded and packaged with protective materials appropriate for the size of the order. We take reasonable precautions to protect comics during transit.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the applicable shipping service. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, please contact NX1 Comics promptly and include photographs of the package and affected items. If a shipment appears lost, contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
